Биографии как таковой особо нет, зато вот заметка самой группы от 2003 года:

When FOG was formed we as a group had a vision of what we wanted to do musically. Which was, incorporate many influences and styles, this is why FOG stand apart from any "Circle" and consider our self independant from the co called "Black Metal" scene. The music as an art form along with an intelligent dark and nihilistic message are the most important factors to FOG. We prove with our music FOG are in a league of their own and shall stand as leaders in the US metal underground.

Малоизвестная достойная американская группа. Играют чуть не так, как Weakling и Wolves in the Throne Room - у них больше трэш-метала в музыке. Вообще, все просто: скорость, атмосфера, типичный звук.
PS. Остальных релизов у меня нет, а гугл-кунфу дает сбои(
