The story so far... in 1982 I was born, few years later I started playing the piano, at the age of 4 i was playing a few tunes. Skip on a few years and i got my first synth at the age of about 14. After making some dodgy trance I decided to persue more real instruments so took up the drums at around 16, played in a few punk bands which was one of my first loves in terms of music, a few gigs and it was a blast. I got a few more decent hardware synths at around 17-18 and went back to producing more electronica. At 20 I bought a guitar and started producing some solo acoustic tracks interspersed with learning a few alternative instruments like african drums and the didgeridoo. After 3 years of guitar playing 2 hours a day every day I was drawn back to my electronica days and began making what you hear as freshcut today. Now here we are, 2 years later and the first full album has been released on itunes. its been a great musical journey and every step has taught me something to add to the mix and hopefully what is being produced is a good display of ambient instrumentalism.
